RETURN POLICY

Merchandise may only be returned if we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order/item or if you received a damaged item. All returns must be within 30 DAYS of original purchase.

All orders must be authorized for return before they are sent through mail. Please do not send your order for return without authorization. If your order is sent to us through mail without proper authorization, we reserve the right to keep your order and your order will not be sent back under any circumstances.

To get authorization on a return, please contact us via e-mail, have your order number available which is located on the invoice sent with your item(s) and you will be sent back an authorization for your return. Contact us via e-mail at: service@propclothing.com

On returns, original shipping cost will not be reimbursed, however there will be no charge for shipment of the item(s) re-sent. Clearance, and sale merchandise are FINAL sales. No returns. Returns take approximately 2-4 weeks for processing. We appreciate your patience.

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

PROP Clothing operates this site. No material from PROP Clothing Online may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. Modification of the materials or use of the materials for any other purpose is a violation of PROP Clothing's Online copyright and other proprietary rights. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web site or networked computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are proprietary to PROP Clothing.

PROP Clothing reserves the rights to all logos, designs, graphics, and all other intellectual property and has an official trademark pending with the US Government. Any unauthorized use of any of the previously mentioned material may result in legal action.
